2026 North GA Plein Air Painting Schedule

This year’s plein-air days will be planned on the 3rd Thursday’s of every month. So reserve those Thursday’s if you’d like to join us. The following destinations are just ideas for this year. Date, time & destination may change due to weather, blooming time, or not getting permission. That’s why I’ll let you know full details just 1 or 2 days before the event on our Facebook group page: North Georgia Plein-Air Artists. We have all levels of artists from beginners to professionals and learn so much from one another. So don’t be intimidated, and come join us. You don’t have to have all the equipment. Start simple, maybe just sketching first to see if you enjoy it. Some sketch, paint, stand or sit, we just like to get out and enjoy the day, meet other artists and practice our skills on location. Everyone is welcome to plan & post something on any other day, so if you’d like company, please feel free to post it on our facebook group page (name above).
